Villa Luiggi has been designed to bring the beauty and light of the outside into the house. Its most dramatic feature is the stunning full height windows that open up to the sea, swimming pool and mountains. The living area is 6m in height creating a sensational sense of space and coolness. Within this grand open space you can find a comfortable seating area with television and music system and a dining table and chairs for 8 people.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with all the utensils you would need to cook for up to 10 people. The kitchen has a 4 ring induction hob, an oven, a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a kettle and coffee machine. There is a useful utility area off the kitchen with an American style 
fridge/freezer and ice maker, and washing machine.
On the ground-floor there is a double bedroom with en suite which includes a bath, shower and toilet. Also on the ground-floor there is an additional cloakroom/toilet.
Upstairs to the mezzanine are two further double bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with two singles) sharing an en suite shower and toilet. This stunning mezzanine landing looks down onto the living area with amazing views out to sea and the distinctive pink rock of the Ile Rousse. On the mezzanine landing sits a sofa bed that can be used for additional guests. This may not be a bedroom but it’s the bed with the most beautiful view in the house!
Outside there is decked terracing around the entire house and the 8m x 4m heated swimming pool. There are comfortable sun loungers as well as outdoor dining furniture to seat 10, and a masonry barbecue built on the side wall with ducting taking fumes to the eves of the house.
