About the shop

Stéphane and Louise bring the French passion for food and eating to your home. The shop imports quality French products which are difficult to find outside of France - products which French expats miss and which many British people have discovered and enjoy.

French Living shopWithin the shop there is a café which has recently (Nov 2006) been expanded with more tables and chairs increasing the number of seats to 34. The cafe serves cheese and charcuterie platters, salads and a wide choice of freshly filled baguettes, offering customers the opportunity to taste the cheese, pates and hams sold in the shop.

The shop is open from Tuesday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm.The café serves all day without interruption, and stops serving from 5pm.

The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday.

It is open for lunch Tuesday to Friday between 12 and 2pm, and Saturday 12 till 2-30pm.

It opens again for the evening at 6pm and the last orders are taken at 10pm.
