About the shop

Stéphane and Louise have been bringing the French passion for food and eating to your home since 1994. The shop imported quality French products which are difficult to find outside of France - products which French expats miss and which many British people have discovered and enjoy.

Since the beginning of September 2010, the shop has to a large extent made way for more restaurant space. We have kept our historic Cheese counter and Wine rack and these products are still available to buy and enjoy at home.

However we can no longer make our freshly prepared filled baguettes! We realise this will be a disappointment to many, but a choice had to be made between fulfilling the demand for more restaurant places or continuing to sell baguettes.

We still have afternoon cafe sessions at street level (serving coffee, tea, and patisserie) Monday to Saturday. Please check our new opening times here.

We will keep our online shop going whilst stock lasts, it includes a page dedicated to buying French Living Vouchers, paying Deposits by Card, or purchasing copies of Louise Luiggi's book Come to the Table.
