From the beginning of September 2010, the shop slowly made way for more restaurant space, as demand for restaurant dining grew. The historic cheese counter and wine rack remained in the restaurant, allowing customers to continue to buy our distinctive farmhouse cheeses and regional wines, and enjoy them at home.
In August 2012, we opened a cafe - crêperie in the next door unit, 21 King Street, offering a vibrant cafe space once again, serving freshly prepared baguettes, to eat in or take-away, salads and assiettes, as well as savoury galettes and sweet crepes. We have also moved our iconic cheese fridge and built a new wine rack in the cafe , recreating the feel and service of our original shop.
Pop in for just a coffee, or treat yourself with a breakfast galette. Why not take home a selection of cheese, charcuterie and wine for your own dinner parties. Our staff will be more than happy to recommend a selection, and assist you with a choice of wine.
